Refund Policy

At Twins Abroad, we are dedicated to delivering expert and clear immigration consulting services. Our refund policy is crafted to promote equity while upholding responsibility for the services provided. By utilising the services provided by Twins Abroad, the candidate/applicant recognises and consents to the subsequent terms and conditions related to refunds.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for a refund depends on the particular service package that was received. Every package comes with set terms concerning refunds, which must be adhered to once services are accepted.

  3. All refund requests must be emailed to us with all the supporting documents.
  4. If qualified, the refund procedure will commence within 90 business days from the approval date, and payments will be made through bank transfer or company cheque.

A refund will not be issued under the following conditions:

  1. Any action or behaviour by the client that harms the reputation, goodwill, or operational credibility of Twins Abroad.
  2. Termination of services by the client for personal reasons following the initiation of the immigration process. Twins Abroad cannot be held accountable for outside influences affecting the client’s choices.
  3. Absence from a scheduled visa interview, leading to an unsuccessful application.
  4. Failure to provide or untimely submission of requisite documentation sought by authorities, leading to delays or rejection.
  5. Lack of response to communication from Twins Abroad for more than 60 days, resulting in an abrupt stop in the application process.
  6. Inability to secure essential certifications, such as the Police Clearance Certificate, Medical Examination Certificate, or any other documents mandated by immigration authorities.
  7. Previous immigration or visa breaches by the client or their relatives, impacting the visa result.
  8. Failure to provide significant information that affects the processing or approval of the visa application.
  9. Failure to meet the mandated language proficiency scores (e.g., IELTS, OET, PTE) as stipulated by Twins Abroad for visa eligibility.
  10. Inability to exhibit adequate financial resources for settlement or failure to fulfil financial responsibilities mandated by immigration authorities.
  11. Fees paid to external institutions, such as analytical organisations, government departments, embassies, or consulates, are non-refundable. Twins Abroad will not be liable for reimbursing any costs outside of its service fees.
  12. A refund will be processed only after the submission of a formal Refund Request Form, accompanied by valid proof of payment and any other necessary supporting documents.
  13. Force Majeure: Twins Abroad shall not be held liable for events that are outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, warfare, terrorism, civil disturbances, governmental actions, labor conflicts, or unexpected global emergencies that could impact the immigration process or the approval of visas.
  14. A refund will be processed only after the submission of a formal Refund Request Form, accompanied by valid proof of payment and any other necessary supporting documents.

General Clauses

  1. The client recognises that Twins Abroad functions exclusively as a consulting service provider and does not affect the ultimate decisions rendered by immigration authorities, embassies, or third-party agencies.
  2. Refund requests will undergo internal evaluation and will be allowed solely if they conform to the conditions outlined in the policy.
  3. Twins Abroad retains the authority to modify this Refund Policy at any moment without prior notification. Clients are encouraged to check the most recent policy prior to making use of services.

The client acknowledges and consents to the terms of this Refund Policy by engaging in Twins Abroad’s services.
