Enrolment Orientation

Pre-departure Orientation Sessions

Embarking on a journey abroad is an opportunity to immerse oneself in a new culture. As the leading study abroad consultancy in Kerala, we prioritize providing students with a comprehensive pre-departure orientation session to acquaint them with the culture and customs of their chosen country. This phase equips students with essential information necessary for a seamless transition to life abroad.

The pre-departure orientation session commences following the approval of the student visa by the embassy and the attestation of their passports. During this training, students gain insights into the rules and expectations of the host country, including behavioural norms. Additionally, guidance is provided on essential items to purchase from their home country before arrival.

Our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring students feel comfortable and prepared for their new environment. We are committed to facilitating a smooth transition and enriching experience abroad.

Pre-departure Guide for Students

For us, your comfortability is the priority. Insight International provides A-Z guidance about the country and its culture to make you confident. Our pre-departure guidelines cover the following elements:

Letter of acceptance is the proof from the university about your secure seat in a particular course. It must be submitted to proceed with the bank loan.

The academic documents include your 10th certificate to the latest degree certificate. The attested copies of the academic documents need to be presented to evaluate the student’s eligibility for a loan.
The student’s passport is considered the ideal identity proof for an education loan. The student is meant to submit the front and back pages of the passport for a hassle-free process.

Banks will give you clear-cut instructions on the documents to be submitted for address proof as part of the loan procedure. Adhar card is the ideal address proof for applicants. ID card and Ration card are also acceptable to submit as address proof.

The latest Photographs of the student is a must and carry at least 4 photographs.

The co-applicant must be a close member of your family (father, brother or uncles) who have a steady income. The co-applicant’s salary certificate and bank statement are required for the loan process. Additional documents may be required for collateral security. The bank will share the details when you approach them.
